Responsibilities: As a Deputy Manager, I serve as a Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle EBS Payroll, ZingHR, and Microsoft Power BI. My role involves end-to-end responsibilities across HR systems, including analysis, design, development, configuration, setup, and implementation. I work extensively with Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle EBS Payroll, Taleo, and ZingHR to manage the complete employee lifecycle—from recruitment to retirement—tailored to meet organizational requirements. Key Contributions: • Designing and developing an ASP.Net MVC application to generate comprehensive reports on employee information, payroll, leave & attendance, and performance management. • Creating and implementing seamless integration processes between various HR systems to ensure smooth operations and data consistency

Responsibilities: As an Assistant Manager, I was responsible for the analysis, design, configuration, and technical support of Oracle HCM Cloud applications. My role included troubleshooting and resolving system issues to ensure consistent performance in line with defined service level agreements (SLAs). Key Contributions: • Designed and implemented customized configurations within Oracle Cloud HCM to align with organizational HR strategies and workflows. • Led the development of a robust, web-based enterprise application tailored specifically for the garment industry. This system supported end-to-end processes across marketing, spinning, knitting, accessories, dyeing, garment production, printing, and packaging operations. • Played a key role in enhancing operational efficiency by integrating various business functions into a centralized platform, ensuring seamless data flow and process visibility.

Responsibilities: Worked as a Senior Software Engineer on a range of U.S.-based web application projects, utilizing ASP.NET with C# and VB.NET, along with JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and back-end technologies like Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and Oracle. Key Contributions: • Designed and developed various web applications, web services, and backend console applications to handle complex transactional processes and cross-functional operations. • Played a key role in the development of two flagship enterprise applications: o MarketDay.com – An e-commerce platform tailored to streamline marketplace transactions. o MedProSuite.com – A healthcare management system designed to support medical practice operations and administrative tasks. • Ensured performance optimization and system scalability through efficient database design and code structure.
