Floa Bank (subsidiary of BNP Paribas Personal Finance, specialized in consumer credit and payment solutions). The objective was to modernize and optimize the core banking system through a massive migration (+$60M for +4 years) of the digital ecosystem, while supporting strong business growth, internationalization and regulatory requirements. I worked in close collaboration with the COMEX members, CTO, Tech Leads, Product Owners, Ops, Sec and Business teams. My scope of contribution covered both core banking evolution and product innovation on the scope of the migration. • Support and coordination of performance and capacity management across key products with multi-team coordination • Design and development of major financial products: Circle Pay (renewable trade-in), Coup de Pouce (revolving), PNX (short-term credit), CNX (long-term credit) (+$1.8B/year of credit) • Focus on acquisition funnels and onboarding flows, maintaining strong alignment with management, collection, accounts receivable, electronic banking and compliance teams • Integration of PCI DSS certified partners and external solutions • Development and industrialization of partnerships: CB4X (CDiscount 4x payment), Lydia, Joko... • Internationalization: archiving, configuration and deployment of products for Italy, Portugal, Benelux. The non-profit foundation Léonie Chaptal specializes in healthcare and has over 14 BUs. Its activities are divided into two main areas: training and care. The aim of the project was to establish consistency, stability and modularity across the IS, by understanding business functional requirements. The introduction of new interoperable tools enabling immediate operationality, as well as the development of functionalities enabling greater productivity and traceability, while guaranteeing compliance with legislation and corporate obligations. • Detecting gaps & problems, understanding key business processes of each BUs • Mapping existing IS and infrastructure • Planning and prioritizing initiatives : establishing roadmaps, coordinating resources, estimating associated costs with a clear, prioritized deployment plan • Finding of a consistent and modular solutions with massive benchmarking • Iterative implementation and change management with documentation and staff training • Monitoring the new IS and the overall satisfaction (led us to make some changes) Technical environment : Self-hosted solutions, SaaS, API, Typescript, ReactJS

LCommerce is a 100% subsidiary of the Leclerc group. It is in charge of most digital services for customers, such as the e-commerce site (over 10 million visits per month).
