ArtAI paired a market leading art creation AI with traditional ecommerce monetisation. I provided technical leadership and implementation of a novel NFT minting experience to pivot Art AI from their traditional ecommerce solution with limited runway to a top 5 NFT project by daily volume. The first iteration of this product yielded over $3 million of revenue in 10 hours. During and following on from the pivot I was the sole technical contributor. My work ranged across the entire stack with a web3 NextJS frontend application written in TypeScript that interacted with smart contracts written in Solidity and deployed to the Ethereum network. I utilised Jest and Cypress for unit and end to end testing respectively.

Grade: 2:1
Activities and societies: Anthony Nolan Society, Snow sports Society, Golf Society, History Society, BaseCamp (Enterprise Society)
A degree in History allowing me to examine a broad range of periods from medieval all the way through to the break of the 21st Century. This allows me to not only study a subject that I am passionate about but also to develop my analytical, presentation and communication skills. During my first year I studied a range of introduction modules to various periods as well as a specilisation topic discussing the Crusades. Overall I achieved a 2:1 in my first year. My second year allowed me to branch out considerably and delve into subject areas that I had previously not studied, with modules including War Crimes, War and Society and The Rise and Fall of European Colonialism. Once again I achieved a 2:1 grade. In my final year I completed a dissertation examining the historical context of Genghis Khan and his place in history; using comparisons between Alexander the Great and the warped historiography found between two remarkably similar rulers.
