Led the testing strategy and coordinated validation activities for a Workday Finance ERP transformation program, ensuring the quality of the solution delivered to Finance business units in an international context. Defined and managed the overall testing strategy (unit testing, UAT, and end-to-end testing). Designed end-to-end test scenarios covering all business workflows: legacy tools, interfaces, Workday Finance, and downstream reporting systems. Defined test data requirements in coordination with data migration teams. Implemented and managed the tracking framework using Smartsheet (dashboards, progress KPIs, and defect tracking). Ensured traceability across business requirements, test cases, and identified defects. Organized and facilitated UAT campaigns, supported Finance business users, and oversaw the drafting of test scripts. Managed performance testing to secure integration flows and handle peak activity periods (financial close, invoicing volumes). Facilitated defect management meetings with the integrator and internal IT teams to prioritize fixes. Produced quality reports and participated in Go/No-Go decisions prior to the production launch.

As part of the development and customer support for the trading tool, deployment and support in migrating to a new system, my role at was to : - Support customers in the transition to the new trading system (old system: ETS, new system: MATS). - Demonstrating the tool to customers to show them the new functionalities. - Answering technical questions from customers, mainly on issues relating to APIs, login/SSO, and connections via APIs. - Interacting with the development team to resolve complex technical issues and improve the tool based on customer feedback. - Qualifying anomalies - Participating in bug management and monitoring patches on test environments. - Carry out functional tests based on the specifications and ensure that the functionalities function correctly. - Write test cases

As part of the implementation of the new TMS (Shipper) and WMS (Reflex) software, and in order to check the compliance of the elements tested with the specifications concerning the existing systems, interfaces and evolutions, and to ensure the non-regression and interoperability of the different applications, my mission was to : - Write unit test scenarios for interfaces with the ecosystem and for the new TMS-WMS solution. - Participate in the drafting of end-to-end tests (general acceptance of the Information System) - Identify the prerequisites for test runs and the necessary data sets - Execute or participate in the execution of unit and end-to-end acceptance tests. - Document and qualify test anomalies. - Validate patches or have them validated. - Participate in data recovery - Report progress of tasks to the acceptance manager.

Within the DSI, in a team composed of 9 recipers 3 in Validation of 6 in Distribution, my mission was to manage the acceptance campaigns and to ensure the proper functioning in build and run on the activities of Distribution and of confirmation : - Challenge recipers - Improve recipe books, manage planning constraints without degrading the recipe - Recruit recipers - Facilitate recipe workshops - Report team needs - Work with all DSI to ensure the proper functioning of equipment Take into account the complexity of ticketing - Learn future ticketing - Work on test automation - Guarantor of the proper functioning of the equipment of the recipe room - The team must work well - Managing the recipe in financial terms is up to the TM to go around the CDPs to see the recipe activity over the following semester to find out if we have the right number of resources

Within the DSI, in a team composed of 3 project managers and 5 technicians, my mission was to carry out acceptance and pre-production campaigns for deliveries to the NEP (New Spring Collection) product: - Manage projects and monitor major developments - Gather needs with functional interlocutors - Framing and project management - Drafting of Specifications - Manage acceptance of developments and projects: drafting of test plans, implementation of tests, follow-up of the progress of the tests, follow-up of the resolution - Support partners in the design of solutions - Provide anomaly management - Ensure the maintenance in operational condition of the tools of the Sale - Ensure the management of corrections and developments - Work in coordination with technical teams - Formalize test acceptance procedures

Within the DSI, in a team composed of 3 testers and 3 devs, my mission was to carry out the integration campaigns, acceptance testing and pre-production for deliveries to the DAB (Property Damage) product: - Write and design the test plan under XRAY - Perform functional and non-functional tests - Automate tests under Ready API - Qualify anomalies in Jira - Process user stories in Jira - Manage the test activity - Animate test chapters - Guarantee the quality of deliverables and compliance with QSI commitments - Raising awareness and training in testing
