· Participated in the design and development of a Sales and Inventory Management System for retail stores, including product management, stock tracking, invoice generation, and monitoring of payments and discounts. The system supports periodic reporting and integrates with barcode scanners and receipt printers. Developed using C# (WinForms), SQL Server, ADO.NET, and Crystal Reports. · Provided ongoing client support, performed custom modifications based on feedback, and ensured the system aligned with evolving business needs. · Developed a comprehensive Clinic Management System covering patient records, appointment scheduling, doctor timetables, and medical history tracking. The system was optimized to perform efficiently on low-spec devices using C# and SQLite

I transitioned into a role as a systems developer using Oracle, where I developed key systems for educational institutions and non-profit organizations. · Among the most notable projects I worked on were a student information management system, which included archiving student data and issuing certificates, and another system for distributing medication to hepatitis patients. During this period, I gained extensive experience with Oracle Database and PL/SQL, writing stored procedures, functions, and triggers to implement business logic at the database level
