Team leader of a multicultural team (French Indian German Chinese Moroccan) of field engineers and technical experts, responsible and manager from the kick-off to the start-up of RENAULT workshop focusing on electricity, power, automation, IT, PLC and robotics. Pre-project: Internal kick-off, drawings, internal resource plan, anticipative thinking and forecasts on different aspect of the project to optimize the cost (e.g. outsourcing and local recruiting) RFP process: Writing of specification concerning production means, relying on many experts and field engineers, kick off with supplier, definition and approval of milestones, supplier documents analysis and checking, technical alignment to meet the specification, approval of safety solution for the facilities, provide checklist, unitary test at supplier’s site, planning of delivery, FAQ test, action plan to meet the production planning and reduce possible delays, building of corrective actions until we meet our goal in terms of QCD, weekly reporting and animation of KPI concerning the team’s scope to all the participants (buyers, director of project, experts, capitalization on our best practice with the technical center in Paris, suppliers). Writing of technical specification for the electricity and automation part of production means, risk analysis, safety solution for the facilities, participation to the development of software and hardware according to our standards. I often had the role of a field engineer, trouble shooting and finding technical solutions, Approval of supplier’s documents such as electrical diagram, software architecture, risk analysis, safety solutions, list of materials, maintenance procedures, detailed functional analysis. Approval of contractual milestones during the different step of the project: end of studies, ready for delivery on site, ready to power on, ready for production, facility reliable.
