Responsable technique production :

•Collaborate with Integrated Operations Center (OPS) and M&R and automation functions to resolve exceptions and process improvements. • Install equipment, machines, or software to meet project needs. • Interface with suppliers to identify and resolve issues in different application and ensured in the Terminal automated the communication between TOS (Terminal operating system )and all the different system BMS (ARMGs) and ACL(Cranes DSTS) and TLS (Shuttles carrier). •First line of IT support to manage production exceptions. •Enjoy working as a team member as well as independently, Able to handle challenges. • Monitoring & Troubleshooting IT infrastructure & BI system. • Excellent personal motivation with a proven ability to build and work collaboratively in a strong team concept environment, and independently. •Working With QA team to test and handling differents issue and fixe all bugs with suppliers.

• Gestion des traitements batchs o Automatisation des batchs de processing et de livraison des rapports journaliers aux clients. o S’assurer du bon déroulement du plan de traitement des batchs selon le contexte (période/activité/changement…) o Prendre en charge un traitement en erreur et des impacts sur la suite de la production. • Monitorer et prendre en charge les incidents o Analyse,Investigation des problèmes de la production. o Suivre et prendre en charge les alertes provenant les différents outils de monitoring. o En cas de besoin, contacter les supports Niveau 3 ou bien escalader le problème.
