As Founder of ForgeInbox, I built a GDPR-ready cloud platform designed to securely and efficiently deliver marketing email campaigns on behalf of clients. I defined the entire multi-cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, and others), embedding scalability, observability, and data protection by design. In addition to leading the technical vision, I coordinated the engineering teams responsible for infrastructure, DevOps, and security — ensuring a unified, compliant, and resilient delivery platform. This experience allowed me to blend strategic cloud governance with hands-on architecture and automation expertise, creating a secure and trusted solution for clients in need of reliable campaign delivery.

At AXA, I worked as Cloud Architect within the Cloud Governance team, where I analyzed AWS and Azure environments — including Landing Zones, network, security, automation, and service catalogs — to assess compliance and governance maturity. Following an independent audit, I developed short-, medium-, and long-term action plans to remediate irregularities, reinforce governance, and align operations with enterprise strategy. I collaborated with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams (Operations, FinOps, Architects) to senior executives, adapting communication to each audience and ensuring governance recommendations were clear and actionable. I also facilitated governance workshops, consolidated findings, and delivered structured documentation with risks, maturity assessments, and roadmaps. Additionally, I supported executives by evaluating the impact of Broadcom’s VMware acquisition, working with Virtualization Teams to assess dependencies, risks, and define a roadmap to strengthen AXA’s sovereignty in virtualization technologies.

At Thales, I worked within the IS Migration and Modernization Program as a Cloud Solutions Architect, supporting the migration of critical applications to a new cloud infrastructure. My mission was focused on architecture and governance, helping internal clients adopt cloud in line with corporate standards and security requirements. I contributed to the definition of the migration process, from assessment to decommissioning, and developed architecture patterns and migration designs reviewed by architecture and security committees. I also supported the program by promoting its offer, preparing communication materials, and engaging stakeholders to demonstrate the benefits of cloud adoption. By bridging business needs, technical architectures, and governance requirements, I helped accelerate Thales’ cloud transformation journey.

As Cloud Architect at BNP Paribas, I contributed to the bank’s cloud adoption strategy within a Financial Services Validated IBM Cloud multi-zone region. My mission focused on managing and optimizing Enhancement Requests raised by internal cloud producers, ensuring alignment with IBM Cloud’s roadmap, BNP’s service strategy, and regulatory requirements. I worked closely with application migration teams, security and resiliency experts, and product owners, advising on technology choices and high-level architectures, while ensuring compliance with capital markets regulations. I also partnered with IBM Cloud to challenge and validate new features and services, and helped optimize delivery timelines through structured governance and Agile collaboration.
