I worked on the developement of the front-end using Angular, and the back-end with Node.js, Express, MySQL, and REST APIs. Google Ads: I enabled our beauty professionals to publish Google Ads campaigns with a single click to boost customer acquisition. Designed the solution and its interactions with Google Ads. Developed the solution within a multidisciplinary team. Maintenance and Support: Performed corrective and evolutionary maintenance for the application dedicated to beauty professionals. Integrated a support solution for handling customer requests. CRM Application (Developed Internally): Added a recovery procedure to detect and implement a process for managing unpaid customers. Implemented computer telephony integration for the sales department to automatically target customers for follow-ups, trigger calls, and log interactions.
