• Project Manager ERP: Migration from Sage system to Microsoft Dynamics 2013 R2 (Data migration, configuring, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV software and components in sales, purchasing, operations, accounting, and inventory management). • Project management ERP implementations / migrations. • Implementation of new modules and functions (management of company cars). • Provide effective post-implementation support, assist and conduct end user training. • Creation of operational report and KPI for company activities. • Development of documentation of procedures for ERP operations and best practices. • Responsible for importing and exporting data from NAV to a number of other applications. • Responsible for the control, coordination and planning of Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP projects • Implementation, optimization, support and ongoing support of ERP systems based on MS Dynamics NAV at national branches. • Management / control and coordination of the MS Dynamics NAV update / migration project in the company, as well as implementation of new system requirements up to the successful roll-out of the latest version.

• ERP Administrator: New implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Nav 5.0 as new business solution - Exclusive automotive Kia Distributor: functional areas configured are Receivables and payables, General ledger, Fixed assets, Inventory management, Warehouse management, Inventory costing, Contact management areas, CRM, Service Management. • Conception and implementation of business processes in the ERP system. • Customize all standards modules which come with default Navision product. • Administration of Microsoft Dynamics Nav (Nav 5 / SQL, Nav 2009 R2 / SQL): Troubleshooting system problems, help desk support, Database backup schedules, system upgrades, provide training to end users. • Supervision of the Navision, module adaptation and its further development in close cooperation with specialist departments and our system houses. • Administration of the ERP: testing, documenting, accepting changes and putting them into operation. • Provide 1st and 2nd level support and process incoming tickets. • Navision and IT process support including training. • Modify the C/AL code to create new features and fix technical errors (add new Nav objects, adaptation of existing tables, forms, reports, dataport and codeunit according to business needs). • Analyze and contribute to functional specifications provided by business users and produce technical specifications. • Design, develop and deliver MS Dynamics NAV new functions in all functional areas. • Responsible of version migration from Nav 5.0 to Nav 2009R2. • Preparation of the hardware and software side for the migration to the new version Nav 2009 R2. • Merger and consolidation of several clients in the NAV (Company Name). • Installation and implementation of service packs and hot fixes as needed. • Support and drive process change and communication in line with NAV best practice.
