• Participating in the design and development of StoreezCOD, a SaaS logistics and Cash-On-Delivery (COD) management platform. • Contributing to the architecture and technical benchmarking of the project by evaluating modern technologies and defining the optimal software stack. • Designing scalable backend architecture with NestJS, TypeScript and PostgreSQL. • Building React-based back-office interfaces and a Progressive Web App (PWA) for delivery drivers. • Working with Docker, GitHub Actions and AWS-oriented deployment workflows. • Contributing to API design, database modeling, authentication, RBAC, state machine implementation and real-time tracking features. • Collaborating with the development team using Git, Agile practices and technical documentation.

• Complete development of YouTicket, a web-based ticket management application, carried out independently from design to implementation. • Analysis of functional requirements provided by the CEO and translation of specifications into application architecture. • Design and development of the application using Laravel, Blade, PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, and CSS. • Implementation of an authentication and role management system (Administrator, Support Agents, Users). • Development of modules for ticket creation, assignment, tracking, and lifecycle management. • Implementation of priority management, queues, comments, and attachments. • Development of administrative dashboards and reporting tools for activity monitoring. • Design of the relational database and implementation of business rules. • Development of APIs enabling integration with other systems. • Complete project management: analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation.
