Complete Overhaul of a Critical Financial Closing System Redesigned a critical accounting close management system for an international group, replacing an obsolete 90s solution with a modern Cloud architecture. Analysis & System Design: Co-facilitated scoping workshops with business stakeholders (Finance) to define business rules. Designed the technical architecture and relational database models to support complex financial flows.
