Pricing Engine & PnL Automation (v2.0) – Designed and deployed a production-grade pricing engine on Databricks, capable of handling large-scale transactional data, and fully integrated with Salesforce for deal information and dynamic S3 tables for scalable data storage and processing. – Rebuilt and automated the entire end-to-end P&L calculation process, transforming raw operational and financial data into reliable profitability outputs, with the objective of improving pricing consistency and financial visibility across business units. – Developed detailed and modular cost and revenue models, incorporating multiple cost drivers and pricing components, enabling finer business segmentation and more accurate margin analysis at deal, customer, and product levels. – Automated the generation of Excel-based P&L reports and pricing scenario analyses, allowing business teams to quickly simulate pricing strategies, assess profitability impacts, and support strategic and operational decision-making. – Conducted workshops and working sessions with Evernex business teams to align on pricing objectives, define relevant KPIs, validate analytical assumptions, and ensure adoption of the pricing and P&L tools in day-to-day operations.

Automatic Classification of Acoustic Signals Using Machine Learning and CNNs – Preprocessing and filtering of acoustic signals, extraction and creation of discriminative features to enhance class differentiation – analysis of collinearity, correlations, PCA, and class balancing to improve data quality – Development and training of ML classification models (Random Forest, SVM, XGBoost, etc.) and CNN models based on spectrograms – application of regularization and cross-validation to prevent overfitting, with final evaluation on an independent dataset – Comparison of model performance using recall as the main metric – optimization through GridSearch and improvement via data augmentation by generating new signals with similar characteristics for minority classes

Network Automation Project – Orange – IP Backbone Automation: Developed scripts and deployed automated configurations for multi-vendor virtual routers (Nokia, Cisco, Juniper), reducing manual tasks and optimizing network reliability. – Advanced Technical Expertise: Implemented NetConf/RestConf protocols and YANG models, including full specification drafting in close collaboration with the client to ensure alignment with business requirements.
