Duties : - P&L and WCR monthly, half-yearly & annual closing : Preparing provisions and variances analysis - P&L and WCR annual budget and monthly forecast: Providing financial assumptions and accounting data - Developed a tool for analyzing WCR accounts (Car and spare parts stocks, receivables, payables and taxes). - Prepare and present Moroccan subsidiary’s P&L to the HQ. - Attended to multifunctional projects to improve processes. - Led the cars inventory process through the country twice a year. - Revised and implemented internal control procedures.
