Déploiement de certificats X.509 via Intune : architecture SCEP/NDES, PoC, intégration dans Intune pour l’authentification Wifi, 802.1x et S/MIME. Intégration de solutions de chiffrement PRIM’X : pilotage du PoC, validation en comité de pilotage, déploiement et recette. Protection des données mobiles (DLP) : cadrage, PoC, déploiement de politiques de sécurité via Intune. Déploiement de bornes autonomes antivirus USB (Tyrex) : gestion du PoC et déploiement de stations de scan. Migration vers Windows 11 : définition du périmètre, gestion du PoC, communication utilisateur, suivi des vagues de déploiement. Intégration du MDM Tanium (SaaS) : cadrage, ateliers de formation, déploiement des agents. Migration MDM MobileIron vers Intune : pilotage complet du projet, enrôlement des appareils Apple iOS. Gestion du cycle de vie des applications mobiles : intégration via Apple Business Manager et validation dans ServiceNow. Gestion des identités hybrides (Active Directory & Entra ID) : mise en place de protocoles d’authentification, collaboration B2B, gestion des accès. Montée de version Windows 10 (1909 → 21H2) : planification en mode RING, exécution et suivi. • Manage an IT support team of 3 to 4 people, manages the operational schedules of Field Engineers and their interventions on seismic vessels while integrating the operational constraints of the vessels. • Ensures annual individual progress interviews, trains employees in new technical developments. • Manages satellite service contracts for ships, escalates technical incidents to supplier support. • Manages operational IT projects from the call for tenders to the business case until the solution is deployed on ships. • Responsible for the annual budgets allocated to the IT department, from 800K USD to 1M USD per year, dedicated to the purchase of IT equipment, cost control by optimizing configurations while respecting the requirements of the specifications. • Manages suppliers (IT and Telecom equipment manufacturers), keeps the competition going and negotiates prices as effectively as possible. • Designs and integrates as a team IT (1) the HPC (2) hardware architecture solutions for processing seismic data on board ships. Validates IT architecture solutions from a technical and financial point of view. • Installs and configures on board ships during technical port calls: business services on on-premise Cloud infrastructures under VMWare ESXi Vsphere. The virtualized services are: AD, proxy, DHCP, SCCM, DNS, Antivirus, business applications, reporting, DMS, and Filers. Windows 10 client workstations, radio communications between ships, WIFI, WIMAX. • Provides remote IT support to users on board ships in operation through satellite communications • Administers services hosted on Azure Cloud, manages user accounts, Mailbox Exchange. • Follow the logistics operations of exports / imports of IT equipment until their arrival on board ships in collaboration with the supply chain.
