Led discovery, research, and end-to-end UX/UI design to de-risk delivery and ensure user-validated solutions. ❖ Led targeted discovery for an agri-food P2P procurement platform (2 personas, 10 interviews); mapped journeys and pain points and tested interactive prototypes to validate flows and de-risk implementation → delivered executive readout and design recommendations. ❖ Audited CX across installation, onboarding, and support for an EV charging SaaS post-acquisition; conducted 15 fleet-manager interviews and designed/tested UX flows and dashboards → delivered validated interface concepts to product teams. ❖ Designed the end-to-end experience for a DTC e-commerce website for glucometers (benchmarks, journeys, IA, prototype) and ran a 400-participant preference test (quiz vs. no-quiz) → selected the winning variant for launch. ❖ Delivered cross-industry UX and product work, including a sales dashboard (agri-food), banking executive cockpit, fintech integrations (KYC, investment, upsell), grocery-purchasing digitization concepts, diabetes/wellness apps, and a multi-brand design system automation initiative.

❖ Designed end-to-end product experience (user flows, wireframes, UI), and ran usability tests for a link-in-bio AI website builder. ❖ Translated complex AI document-analysis (SaaS) features into simple, usable interfaces and led iterative prototyping with Sales and Engineering. ❖ Designed and built responsive, multilingual websites aligned with accessibility and SEO standards; facilitated discovery workshops to gather requirements and align teams before development handoff. ❖ Defined user flows and designed the full UX/UI in Figma for an AI email aggregation app; ran usability tests to refine onboarding and information hierarchy and partnered with developers through design QA and handoff for pixel-perfect implementation. ❖ Designed a dispatcher dashboard and two mobile apps for a 3PL logistics platform following field interviews and process mapping; created a route-optimization mobile app for a logistics startup focused on clarity and task efficiency ❖ Designed three immersive e-learning platforms using gamification mechanics to drive engagement and built consistent design systems and UI components for scalable cross-product use ❖ Led and mentored a team of four designers, overseeing UX research and interface design across SaaS products, mobile apps, and websites ❖ Created nine visual identities by translating client needs into cohesive brand systems, including logos, digital assets, packaging, and full brand guidelines
