Introduction

IT Manager senior with over 20 years of experience in the management and transformation of on-premise and cloud IT infrastructures, complemented by solid expertise in cybersecurity, governance, and risk management. My career path has led me to lead RUN and Build teams, complex hybrid environments, and structuring projects (cloud migrations, SI modernization, DRP/BCP), relying on ITIL and Agile practices, with a strong capacity for management and transversal coordination. I have held positions combining operational management, project steering, and cybersecurity governance: defining and steering the security posture, managing an ISO 27001 ISMS, regulatory compliance (NIS2, DORA, PCI DSS), risk analyses, audits and pre-audits, vulnerability management (Qualys, Cyberwatch), management of major incidents and crisis cells, as well as documentary governance (ISMS, policies, procedures). Thanks to in-depth technical knowledge (Azure/AWS cloud, VMware, Hyper-V, networks, backups, automation), I bridge the gap between GRC requirements and operational realities, to ensure secure, pragmatic delivery aligned with business stakes. Accustomed to international and English-speaking environments, I have also carried out RSSI as a Service missions, supervised teams and consultants, and coordinated multi-entities, acting as a control tower between IT, Security, and Business units.
