Mission: Join the ERABLE Platform operations team, an ecosystem-based on open-source technologies that hosts several "Orange et moi, OTVP, Malivebox" mobile services. Achievements: Integrate developments (BUILD): - Set up different environments development, staging, pre-production and Production. - Provide support to development teams to deploy their deliverables. - Collaborate with suppliers (solve problems detected, facilitate meetings ). - Respect contractual commitments (SLA compliance, penalties). - Analyze the quality of service results and launch optimization actions aimed at improving the services delivered to our customers. - Support the operating group and the various actors of the project. - Manage the processing of complex incidents and lead incident analysis meetings. - Collaborate in a transversal manner with other Orange technical players. Maintain operational status of systems and network infrastructure: -Work on two Datacenters (Paris and Amsterdam), familiarization with Linux systems (more than 200 servers) -Follow up on technical problems and log investigation -Maintain the network infrastructure (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, switches, gateways, etc.) Monitoring Solution Implementation(icinga2) : -Monitoring 24/7 and resolving detected issues -Configure metrics (cpu, memory, ssh, ping, disk) -Develop bash scripts to monitor specific services with icinga2. -Configure alerts and notification by mail and slack. -Develop a Puppet module to automate the installation of icinga-agent on more than 200 servers. -Integrate scripts to supervise services like haadoop cluster, postgres db, RabbitMQ. Web Achieving: -Plan and launch heritirx crawl robots -Analyze logs and reconfigure crawl jobs -Index captured web content to be stored -Experience with the Jira ticketing system Support : -Internal support: solve the problems detected by the quality control, analyze the anomalies -Customer support: analyze specific requests, provide solutions to new challenges, simplify and detail technical problems -Identify web archiving problems and work on improving the quality of crawls -Experience with collaborative tools (wiki) Research & Development : -Develop and execute different scripts to improve the production process -Develop and migrate the Jira SOAP APIs to REST APIs in scripts used for crawling operations.
