Tech Lead at BforBank, within the team responsible for communication channels, I lead and contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing both security and customer experience. My main focus is on implementing anti-spoofing solutions to prevent fraud attempts and protect customers from scams. In parallel, I am involved in developing new digital capabilities, including: - An in-app complaint management solution, - The design and implementation of an internal chatbot dedicated to employees to improve operational efficiency and support.

Within the Digital Factory entity, I work on two life insurance applications (Abeille Vie & Afer), dedicated to business introducers (brokers). Main tasks: ▪ Estimating and sizing user stories. ▪ Developing new features / New Angular modules. ▪ Designing and developing RESTful APIs (Spring Boot). ▪ Corrective maintenance on both applications. ▪ Code review. ▪ Participating in testing and acceptance phases. ▪ Documentation and support. ▪ Automating builds and deployments via Pipelines (CI/CD).

Within the Regulated Tariff Department (GTR / Gaz Tarif Réglementé), I work on two projects: ▪ Website - Gaz Tarif Réglementé – (Public and Connected Space) intended for customers: - Develop UI components for the AEM CMS. - Develop RESTful APIs. - Maintain unit test coverage. - Ensure maintenance and bug fixing. - Automate builds and deployments via Pipeline CI/CD. ▪ Chatbot Project enabling interaction with customers and answering their questions: - Develop various React UI components (Buttons, menus, input fields, etc.). - Interact with the Bot Builder (Recast.AI) by sending requests via REST calls. - Maintain unit test coverage with Jest. - Automate builds and deployments via Pipeline CI/CD.

Working in a B2B context, I contribute to a (GMAO) CMMS platform (Computerized Maintenance Management System) used by Dalkia clients, which manages the data flow between the platform and technicians’ devices, enabling the scheduling of incident-related interventions. Develop and deliver reusable web components on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, an internal web platform based on the Backbone.js (JavaScript) framework, with PHP on the back end and a MySQL database Main tasks : - Develop new features. - Maintain unit test coverage. - Automate builds and deployments via Jenkins (CI/CD).

Development of an automated testing framework based on the WebDriver API provided by the Selenium framework. This framework enables the automation of the non-regression testing (NRT) phase for the SAFRAN Web portal.
