🌍 Digital Product Designer — Freelance (Upwork & Fiverr) Jan 2020 – Jan 2023 · Remote Transitioned into digital product design, working full-time as a freelancer with international clients on SaaS platforms, web apps, and mobile applications. Delivered end-to-end design solutions — from user research, wireframes, and prototyping to final UI handoff. Gained client acquisition skills, learning how to pitch and convince clients across Upwork and Fiverr. Built strong communication and collaboration skills, managing projects independently and across different time zones. Developed expertise in problem-solving, adaptability, and self-management — critical skills for delivering high-quality designs without direct supervision. Back in 2020, I was developing my career as a Graphic and UI/UX Designer in Morocco. At that time, I gained hands-on agency experience by working onsite at a small creative agency in Casablanca, where I focused on branding, web interfaces, and digital product design. Alongside my agency role, I also worked as a freelancer on Khamsat.com, where I collaborated with clients across different industries on graphic design and user experience projects. This combination of agency and freelance work gave me a strong foundation in client communication, project delivery, and design adaptability.
