Guide the LGA teams on the mentoring and monitoring of PHC Officers-In-Charge (OICs) and their deputies on the execution of their facility operations in compliance to set standards; Co-monitor PHC OIC’s competence and PHC efficiency (with the LGA teams) based on key performance indicators. Monitor the job performance of the LGA teams and the mentoring approach to ensure alignment with the mentorship objectives and provide feedback for process improvement. Ensure the timely collection of PHC mentoring/supervision data. Provide routine progress reports on PHC mentoring/supervision activities to the state team, including reports on challenges, on-the-spot mitigation responses, recommendations, successes, and lessons learned. Ensure adequate documentation and reporting of PHC performance. Support LGA team and PHCs to identify and resolve problems associated with PHC management. Co-report a monthly PHC implementation progress and performance report, including implications of results and/or recommendations for improvement. Provide feedback on the mentorship approach and identify improvement areas.

• In charge of the organization strategic communication with potential sponsors/donors. • In charge of all ICT related activities including data validation, graphic design, proposal writing and data analysis. • Supervision on other volunteers to a successive target execution (i.e Leader Research Team). • Online Volunteer whom under the supervision of focal point will conduct research on potential donors for supporting the organizations Cultural Rebirth Project. • The Volunteers should have experience in research with excellent writing skills. The task will include the following responsibilities: - Discuss and determine parameters for the research by creating a mapping tool to collect research data and information, including key donor information and share tools for feedback with the organization. • Identify and gather sources from all of Nigeria and Scandinavian Countries by conducting research, online or otherwise to identify relevant potential national and international donors for the Cultural Rebirth Project. • Develop short report on findings The average estimated workload is expected to include roughly reviewing 5-7 documents (these can include articles, studies etc.) over the course of the entire duration.

• Double check information on survey forms or information pads to ensure the accuracy of information. • Engage in data entry in cases where paper base options are used. • Comply with quality and research ethics during and field works (this includes data protection and information confidentiality of respondents or target project participants). • Maintain and document records, case studies and success stories in- line with the project. • Notify appropriate line manager on any relevant information such as requisition, progress and challenges. • Ensure that all work in community reflects the distinctive ethos of organizations’. • Act as a positive role model and promote the aims, values and ethics of Organization's and uphold all rules and policies. • Travel to LGA of assignment and visit all communities within the LGA. • Pay advocacy visits to Community gate keepers to solicit their support and necessary information. • Participate in a less than or half day debrief sessions to share field experiences about the community and entire data collection. • Support in mentoring school children and out of school children. • Support peer to peer learning among children. • Keep and report weekly records of use of activities and pupil’s learning progress in line with aims and objectives of project.
