 Developed a comprehensive data link application for Telecom project (Alphabet Inc.) to configure, monitor and track link health metrics between wireless data terminals.  Led the complete rebranding initiative of OEM data link application, transforming it into the telecom application platform.

 Solved end-end design issues of Hunome platform for members by collecting and translating user insights into intuitive and delightful digital experiences.  Launched features like Group Invite, Member Quotes, SparkOut etc, and enabled AI capabilities into the product.   Designed backend Admin portal to handle Platform Approvals, account management etc.  Revamped FTUE for better onboarding experience.

 Led 0-1 product designing for an event discovery and community building application.  Owned design concept creation, user research, competitive analysis, user journey mapping, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping and quick validation through usability and A/B testings.  Worked with the product and stakeholders to get ready with the launch of the product in the market.

 Lead designers on projects and collaborate closely with Engineering and Product Teams using agile and lean delivery methodologies.  Designed product to create free hand collaboration and whiteboard tool with AI capabilities or system engineers handling complex technical system design models.  Improved the FTUE for Maximo Application Suite (AI powered software) by revamping the sign up and trail version flow.  Owned usability testing sessions with users for newly launched features in Maximo application to drive design improvements.  Launched new customisation feature called work queues for software suit from scratch to avoid unplanned downtime in asset management.

 Designed 2 new products (Data Replicator & ProdOps Dashboard) apart from existing product UX & UI improvements and revamps.  Owned Design process and decisions (Discover, Design, Validate) of cloud data products from scratches to final releases.  Conducted user research, interviews, usability testing to formulate MVP, improve product and new features.  Collaborated with Product, Tech & Dev teams to prioritize UX issues to offer easy, cleaner and consistent experience and interface to the end users.  Launched Design Style Guide – saved 50% of UI dev efforts & time.
