Responsibilities: Responsible for Backbone design, new implementation in networks and Traffic engineering in MPLS and MPBN network. Design Discussion. Streamlining Services, Delivery Plan, and Implementation for data services and customer for smooth installation/migration activity. Troubleshooting on escalated backbone network related issue on routing, switching, MBGP, MPLS & MPBN network. Providing L3 support for any manual configuration changes and failover test in network. Troubleshoot issues related to vendors like (CISCO,ZTE&Juniper) ·       Monitoring and rerouting backbone and peering traffic during congestion and as when necessary. To handle emergencies activity, critical major problems, coordinate with Vendor TAC and investigate faults/cause related to system/network problems. Take necessary actions to optimize, network Improvement, service availability, quality &   performance. Acceptance test for Vodafone IP/MPLS service and devices. Responsible for providing technical & process training to new team members.

• Design, Maintain & Troubleshoot complete enterprise network of orange Belgium business services. • Responsible for interacting with internal groups, orange shop & vendors to coordinate the timely implementation of customer networks , data and application services. • Resolving escalated cases and mentoring SOC team to resolve maximum cases at initial level. • Design Discussion in CAB meeting , Streamlining Services & Delivery Plan for new datacenter Sites/applications. • Preparing configuration & executing change request of new/existing Customer for smooth installation/migration activity. • Preparing configuration and executing Change request for DNS update for authoritative and recursive zone. • Responsible for DNS changes Request and Troubleshoot on Private and Public DNS configuration. • Providing Support for DNS ,Wi-Fi and MPLS VPN services. • Take necessary actions to improve network and service availability, quality & performance.

Role : TAC & NOC operation Responsibilities: • Diagnose and correlate network problem, identify root causes and develop and implement remediation strategies • Resolving escalated cases and mentoring FM team to resolve maximum cases at initial level • Proactively identify area of defects and resolving issues through planned outage. • Resolving and tracking all case are within SLA and escalating to different stakeholders involved. • Monitoring and rerouting backbone and peering traffic during congestion and as when necessary.

Project : British telecom (Infonet CE configuration and Migration) Role : Network configuration, Customer migration and Router Turn up test support, Certified for configuration. Responsibilities • Working for British Telecom as Network configuration engineer PE- CE- HVPN- DSL configuration. • Providing PE and CE support for IVS network for any manual configuration changes required on PE or CE router. • Configuring interconnect gateway for IVS to Encore to BT MPLS network and also supporting interconnect migration activity for IVS to Encore to BT MPLS network. • Providing CE support for BT MPLS Network for RTT and migration. • Migrating customer from BT infonet network to BT MPLS Network and verify all services with customer. • Guiding Field engineer to carry out Planned Event. • Provisioning/Amending of new/existing order raised by order managers. • Understanding customer requirements and its validation. • Co-ordination with order manager for validation of order/service details. • Building and deploying PE-CE router configuration, Test & turn-up, logical Amend activity as order/service requirements. • Troubleshooting and rectifying PE-CE issue occurred till the order is ready for service. • Hands on configuration experience over BGP and routing. • Working with various tools for ensuring end to end Process is followed till the order is handover to operation team.

Remote troubleshooting of Data Network of Tata Communications Ltd all over India and international locations and all the mentioned services hosted on the network. Troubleshooting escalated network and service related faults like packet loss, latency and throughput issues from different teams like SOC, IP NOC, Field teams etc. Providing support to field data engineer about the Cisco hardware related faults and provide the analysis, procedure to isolate and/or resolve the fault & co-ordinate this activity. Image and IOS up gradation to new software releases of Cisco Routers and Switches. Taking up the network related issues and hardware / software issues of router / switch with Vendor (Cisco). Working on issues with Cisco TAC and tracking it till the resolution of issue. Escalations to Senior team in case of Major issue and n/w failure. Coordinating regional teams to carry out activities like Cisco Router / Switch IOS Up-gradation (72XX, 76XX&12XXX (GSR) series routers, 2950, 3750&6513 Switches), Installing Router parts' like different line cards, router chassis etc. Taking up the network related issues and hardware / software issues of router / switch with Vendor (Wipro, IBM). Working on issues with JTAC and tracking it till the resolution of issue. Coordinating regional teams to carry out activities like Juniper Router / Switch IOS Up-gradation (MX series routers, EX series Switches), Installing Router parts' like different line cards, router chassis etc. Guiding Field engineer to carry out Planned Event. Coordinating with Regional Team to raise Planned Event and carry out activities for PE (planned Events); Router crash/rebooting or any activity for hardware changes in router at site.
