Drive 5 companies (3 plants), oversee all finance matters (accounting, controlling, tax, Treasury, consolidation) in French and IFRS GAAP. Report to the group consolidation based in Germany. Set up a budget, forecast by segment activity instead and cash management. Manage 7 employees. Acting as business partner and result oriented.

Context of digital transformation of the financial function in European level. Drive 5 companies (18 plants), oversee all finance matters in French GAAP and IFRS GAAP, report to the group level based in Antwerp. Set up the new EPM TAGETIK in replacement of COGNOS . Organize, recruit and plan training in order to introduce a new ERP (INFOR M3).

Context : transition management in a context of mergers/acquisitions + subsidiaries integration. Responsible for all financial matters of 2 newly acquired companies. Manage, supervise and lead a financial and accounting team (7 persons). Ensure proper financial and tax statement within the deadlines and forms required in order to complete the merger of these entities. Collaborate with the tax inspector and prepare end year financial statements. Main responsibilities • Prepare reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements. • Production of monthly financial accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements for all legal entities • Maintain all financial controls and systems within the business, • Supervise the month-end timetable and cut-off procedures to ensure accurate and timely input into the month-end accounts process. • Manage the annual budgeting process, including forecasting models • Work closely with managerial staff (CFO, accounting and controlling directors, HR director and sales directors), legal auditors, suppliers and customers, tax administration

• Put into challenge to build and manage a new financial organization; support and assist with the growth of the company as well as establish an internal control in line with group expectations . • Acted as a key business partner to the CEO & business directors and supported the ongoing development and deployment of a business strategy focused on profitable growth (operations of development and geographical expansion) • Advised on investments policy and provided support and guidance to the profit center directors in managing their margins & profit • Lead implementation of new computer systems designed to automate processes (revenues) and enhance efficiency. • Served as a project manager for the implementation of an ERP (for finance department).

• Report to the Group CFO, prepared all financial reports, oversaw the management control and general accounting as well as check sales. • Along with the Director of consolidation and accounting, made main reconciliations between figures that came from management control department and general ledger • Took leadership role and worked closely with the subsidiaries directors in order to lead processes improvements and reporting reliability. • Analyzed KPI's and reported all variances; prepared and build budgets; forecast reporting by town & by customers. • Implemented new computer systems for accounting, management control, operations and billing.
