(Project : Development of a digital monitoring solution for ZF’s global workshop network) Built a Microsoft Fabric ETL (OneLake + Dataflows Gen2) that connects directly to Salesforce and merges Python/Selenium scraped Google Maps ratings/reviews via a governed Excel staging file. Delivered three Power BI dashboards with unified KPIs and drill-through, exported curated Excel outputs and shipped a Data Assistant (self-service Q&A for non-technical users). Piloted an MLOps forecasting pipeline with a web UI to run and monitor stages (load → features → train → predict)

(Project: Optimizing Telecom Management Through Data-Driven Insights.) Conducted exploratory data analysis (EDA) on telecommunications datasets to identify key trends and align with critical KPIs. Developed a robust data management system using MySQL, Talend, and Power BI, with a focus on data integration, a staging area, and a data warehouse. Designed dashboards for service quality monitoring and cost optimization, incorporating machine learning models to enhance predictive accuracy and support strategic decision-making.

(Project: Sales Tracking Application) Developed an interactive dashboard to effectively track customer sales performance, improving user experience with performance optimizations for seamless operation. Utilized tools such as Python, Power BI, and MongoDB to ensure efficient data management and deliver an optimized user experience.

(Project: Immersive HR Experience: Observing Recruitment, Training, and Personnel Management) Gained hands-on experience in HR functions, including recruitment, training, and personnel management. Shadowed HR team members to observe and understand daily operations and their importance in the smooth functioning of the company.
