Richemont is a group specialized in the luxury industry. As a Scrum master, I manage 2 Factory Teams with more than 12 persons, our rule to fix production bugs related to Commerce API and develop new enhancements in collaborate with the BA, PM, and the architect of Richemont. I participated in 2 PI plannings, and I worked with the team during this period to improve our agile way of working also improved our velocity.

Managed Cross functional IT Projects (Checkout & Subscription, Rating (migration from Sprinklr to BazaarVoice), PickupPoints, leading the enhancements on the middleware applications, ...) for one of the largest Food and Beverage companies in the world through the application of Safe methodology. Managed 2 teams of 16 members in total, 2 testers, 2 Tech lead and 12 developers.

Conforama is a retailer of furniture and decorative items in kit form. Objective: Find the causes that could be behind this degradation of the conversion rate and propose solutions: • Quick win: which can be dealt with the current team before Black Friday. • Medium and long-term improvements. As a Scrum Master, I managed the delivery team comprising of 11 members (UX designers, Architects, Developers), to improve the conversion rate for Conforama.

Responsible for Application Life Cycle Managements of GEOS application. GEOS manages the price of new vehicles for 10 subsidiaries (Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium, and Spain, …). This application calculates the selling price of the group's vehicles and makes it available for all of the group's client applications.

GRDF manages all gas related assets and network in different GIS applications. Those applications are used by more than 3000 users across France. Responsible for Application Life Cycle Managements of two GIS applications. As a Scrum Master, I managed a team of 1 tester, 1 tech lead and 5 developers

CLIENTS: Sita, Averda, XMDT, EnergyLease and Wellness 625 Projects : Participation in the development of web/mobile applications from scratch. Responsibilities: • Worked as part of a team and reported progress on a weekly basis. • Identified and translated client requirements into business cases – From scratch. • Built the squad backlog in terms of user stories, prioritizing the items to achieve business objectives and keeping the backlog continuously updated. • Running workshops on business needs • Analyzed business problems and proposed solutions. • Wrote test plans and assisted in performing. • Captured and documented both functional and nonfunctional requirements. • Training and support to the users

GEOMARKETING STUDIES PROJECT : Produced Geomarketing studies for (Carrefour, Leclerc, Auchan, Intermarché, Monoprix,Franprix, …) Developed and improved the Geomarketing tools Responsibilities: • Conducting research for the development and defining of product specifications. • Running workshops on business needs • Modelling data and conducting a statistical analysis • Synthesizing, analyses and drawing key conclusions on the current situation and potential improvements. • Uploading map services and geodata to MapInfo and Geoconcept • Analyzing, checking, structing and editing spatial data and making database accessible • Improved the internal tools by developing new modules. • Maintain the database

PROJECT : Constitution, creation of a spatial database, and the Development of a geographic information system for the Agency Responsibilities: • Gather needs from customers. • Writing of functional and technical specifications. • Carrying out the field survey using a GPS. • Realization of Database design using UML • Database creation • Development of a web application for the management and publication of the agency with Mapguide & C #.
