Production line unit project: – Assembled, tested, shipped and oversaw onsite installation of an complex (23 step) air cleaning (airblade) unit for the production line of Kedali, supplier of Nortvolt (Skelleftea, Sweden) Urban light controlling and monitoring project: – Developed an IoT mesh network for urban light controlling and monitoring capable of individual control of the light sources via the DALI (Digital Addressable Lighting Interface) protocol based on Digi Xbee. – Introduced automated assembly processes by integrating manufacturing cells with Fanuc robotic arms. Achieved higher production quality and a notable reduction in defect rates. – Utilized existing C++ code base to engineer production cell sequences using Raspberry Pi. – Assembled and configured manufacturing cells, conducted testing.
