In the banking sector, my role is as a Tech Lead on the Windows Operations team, with responsibilities that include: • Administering platforms such as Active Directory and Exchange On-Premise. • Integrating operating systems and application servers into the new AD domain. • Handling Level 3 support tickets and managing the backlog. • Providing support to the Exchange team.

Attached to the Operations Center ensuring the activity of managed services, specialized teams provide 24/7 services in the fields of administration, operation, and monitoring in the majority of technological domains constituting our clients' Information Systems. My task is : - Study and implement new internal tools to exploit our clients' IT solutions. - Implement and ensure the operational maintenance of the tools. - Contribute to writing specifications. - Develop applications, scripts, and reports. - Continuously optimize tools, ensuring automation and interoperability of solutions (interfaces between systems). - Document tool usage and provide support to internal users. Projects: - Integration of Linux servers into Active Directory to have centralized authentication with LDAP accounts, configuration of rights for LDAP groups. Implementation of a Proof of Concept (POC) with Ansible to automate server integration into Active Directory. - Participation in the Security Policy of Active Directory servers by writing a PowerShell script tasked with detecting any intrusion attempts on accounts.
