– Responsible for supplier sourcing and procurement of perforation tools used to measure oil and gas flow rates in wells (onshore and offshore). – Procurement portfolio > €10 million per year – Procurement categories: CAPEX equipment, electronic components (PCBs, PCBA), mechanical parts (cables, harnesses, fasteners, chassis, machined and welded parts, etc.), electrical equipment (electrical cabinets, electrical assemblies/integrations, etc.) – Contract Management : Negotiation and contractualization of commercial terms with international suppliers, including NDAs, supplier nomination letters, Incoterms, pricing, lead times and supply conditions – Price negotiation: 12% reduction in critical categories – Average lead time reduction of 50% (securing critical parts in 3 months vs. 5 months) – Sourcing critical parts from a new supplier panel: average 30% reduction (across 28 project items) representing approximately $200K per tool (5 tools per year over 5 years: $1M per year, $5M over the project lifetime) . – Responsible for SAP configuration (Price, Lead Time, Source, COO, Incoterm, etc.) – Upstream development of specifications in collaboration with electronics and mechanical engineers – RFI / Prototyping phase & RFQ / Project phase

– Purchase of electronic components from prototype phase to serial production – Sourcing of PCBs, PCBAs' suppliers (electronic boards) & others electronic components (LEDs, connectors...) for Automotive Lighting – Management of an International panel : – 25+ suppliers (China, Mexico, Poland, France...) – Projects Requirements Files & Contractualisation (NDA, Letter of Nominations...) – Supplier Relationship : Management of 10+ worldwide suppliers – Procurement of critical parts – Coordination and alignment of objectives with internal stakeholders (R&D, Logistics, Quality...) – Targets improvements : Quality-Cost-Delivery, Project profitability, Planning and Milestones
