ADEL SAID

Delivered both practical and theoretical training on Oracle database administration (installation, configuration, security, backup/recovery, etc.). • Provided in-depth instruction on performance tuning techniques (AWR analysis, use of RAT for load testing scenarios). • Presented best practices in database project management and replication using GoldenGate. • Conducted training sessions on PL/SQL design and development.

As a team leader, I've designed an online archiving solution leading to reduce the size of the prime database by several tera-bytes. I was also in charge of tuning the archiving module developed using PL/SQL and oracle database. Working on a shipping application using a 40 TB database, I've managed day to day top10 queries tuning. I also took part to the hole project and tasks related to data replication towards several databases using Oracle GOLDEN GATE tool. Versions of used Oracle DB: Oracle 11 up to Oracle 19

Tasks; - Installing oracle databases - Migrating oracle databases -Administrating and tuning Oracle Databases in production environments. - High level of availability constraints.

As a senior DBA I've installed several oracle databases, analysed perfomances issues and delivered tuning solutions.

I've managed the performance benchmark to reach 30 millions transactions per day. After audit, Code review and diagnotics established, I've suggested several solutions that leaded to resorb all performance issues.

Working with Accenture for Carrefour group. Interesting and challenging part of this project was to manage the huge volume of data and to keep acceptable database response time. Beside day to day tuning and performance activity, I’ve designed and developed and archiving solution to keep data available for online consulting and reduce the volume on the primary database.
