Client: Amadeus (since November 2019) * Line support: Support to Senior Managers and Directors for a cross site organization. Follow up on different project KPIs (budget, spent, planned, etc.). Report evolution due to Agile transformation. Support to Scrum masters on Jira, Jira Portfolio and Confluence. Supporting BU Point of Contacts in their budget discussions with the Business Units. Supporting the different stakeholders during the budget exercise. Division size: Around 300 person all around the world (Dallas, Nice, Bangalore, Sydney) and a 40 million Euro budget per year. * RTE Deputy: Supporting 5 RTEs to best organize their trains. Supporting on different tools (Jira, Jira Plan, Confluence, SharePoint List, PowerAutomate). Help on PI Planning Event and trainings organization. Creating dashboards to follow project advancement. Creating Sanity checks and following up with teams to correctly fill the different tools. Train’s size: around 250 members (mainly in Nice, Erding and Bangalore) and a budget of around 25 million Euro per year. * Qlik Sense: Development for Line managers, RTEs, Scrum Masters and Budget Line orders dashboards to allow KPI update automation. The dashboard gathers information from different tools through Rest API calls and excel extracts. * Power BI development: Creating dashboard for Amadeus Cloud Migration Program for the Program Cockpit. Synchronization with the different Pillars to harmonize their inputs. Preparing steering presentation with the pillar PMOs. Size: Around 300 members (mainly in Nice, Erding and Bangalore) * Project tooling set-up: Training on tools bests practices. Creating Jira project automations. Creating Excel (using Power Query) and Qlik dashboards for project managers at project start (limited maintenance and manual updates). Supporting the different organization in the different tooling migration.

Knowledge Management Consultant: Creating a pedagogic Knowledge Management program to train new recruits on Portfolio Project Management methodology and other consultants on partners tools (Clarity, Planisware,etc.). Implementing the learning path on SharePoint. Providing training to some consultant for PSM1 exam. Process automation: Collaborating with Noveane's financial director in order to automate reminders mail to clients containing billing informations for overdue payments using SharePoint and Power Automate. Website development: Collaborating with Marketing director to create a website for Cybersecurity Business Unit (http://www.leguidedurgpd.com/)
