. Coordinate warehouse (Engineering spares, Raw and packaging materials) operations. • Work with the Logistics Manager and operations teams to improve operational systems and ensure standard operation policies and procedures are adhered to. • Ensure that all stock postings are posted to the correct accounts (shop floor) on SAP. • Manage a team of forklift operators. • Conduct and report Daily/monthly cycle counts on materials and variance reconciliations. • Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability. • Ensure quality and customer service of materials, storage,and supply to Operations. • Maintained zero downtime in warehouse operations. • Weekly Participation in warehouse GEMBA tour and daily warehouse 5s inspection. • Performed root cause analysis for stock variance. • Keep equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions and troubleshooting breakdowns, requiring preventive maintenance or repairs. Share daily total NG inventory, shipment and receiving report to Logistic manager. • Controls inventory levels by leading daily and monthly physical counts; reconciling with data storage system (SAP). • Role model Safety, Quality and Stewardship/Internal Controls behaviors • Identifies spot checks and report on frequent issues that point create inventory discrepancies and decide corrective actions to be implemented to avoid re-occurrences. • Owns daily data integrity for the warehouse. • Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design zones/layouts; inspecting equipment; MHE and racks. • Track RPM Expiring dates using FEFO. • Partake in all warehouse audits i.e NAFDAC, MANCAP and SON • Strick adherence to housekeeping and safety.

Receives and checks all goods and materials as per supplier’s delivery note and carry out all documentations required.  Generate material documents by entering received goods into SAP/ERP.  Carry out cycle counts on all inventory items as per schedule.  Resolve GR and invoices query with AP and Planning Teams.  Coordinating the offloading of goods and materials from delivery vehicles.  Communicate materials received to all interfaces involved  Update all reconciliation of all material usage.  Update all relevant material reporting templates.  Liaise with administrative staff, production floor members, team leaders, managers and external customers.  Adhere to safety and housekeeping policies / procedures.  Provide training to new staff members if requested
