J’ai joué un rôle clé dans le pilotage central d’une initiative stratégique visant la ré-implémentation du core banking, impliquant une refonte complète du Système d’Information bancaire. • Gouvernance & suivi stratégique : Organisation et animation des instances de pilotage, avec un reporting direct auprès du Directeur Général pour assurer un suivi transparent de l’avancement du programme. • Pilotage du planning & sécurisation budgétaire : Mise en place d’un cadre structuré de suivi du planning et des budgets, garantissant la maîtrise des coûts et des échéances. • Optimisation des processus de gestion financière : Refonte du système de gestion budgétaire, permettant une meilleure allocation des ressources et une visibilité accrue sur les engagements financiers. • Production de livrables stratégiques : Élaboration de supports de qualité pour les réunions avec la direction exécutive, facilitant la prise de décision et la priorisation des initiatives clés. Cette mission a renforcé mon expertise en gouvernance de programme, gestion budgétaire et pilotage stratégique des projets de transformation IT dans le secteur bancaire.

Within the international startup DARE co-created by ING and AXA, whose mission is to offer insurance products and associated services online in several countries, I was in charge of managing big sourcing contract and managing complex budget. I worked closely with the CIO.

With TNP consultant i had the opportunity to work in digital for banking companies such Société Générale, Crédit du Nord and la Banque which are amoung the big banking companies in france. I was also in charge of developping the agile way of working package service internaly.

Chez DXC Technology, j’ai mené plusieurs missions stratégiques au sein de Société Générale et du Régime Social des Indépendants (RSI), contribuant à des projets d’innovation, de transformation IT et de sécurisation des systèmes d’information. • Chef de Projet Innovation : Pilotage et coordination de projets technologiques innovants, notamment le déploiement de BUFFERZONE Security et des kiosks IRMA de QUARKSLAB pour renforcer la cybersécurité. • PMO – Sécurisation des Environnements IT : Assistance au pilotage d’un programme de protection contre la cybercriminalité, assurant la coordination et le suivi des projets de sécurisation des infrastructures IT de Société Générale. • Business Analyst – Transformation des opérations de marché : Conception et accompagnement à la mise en œuvre d’une plateforme centralisée de gestion des opérations de marché pour SG Private Banking, avec un regroupement stratégique des hubs opérationnels entre Luxembourg et Singapour. • Test Manager – Migration SI Bancaire : Supervision des tests de migration et d’intégration des données du progiciel KONDOR MISYS, dans le cadre de la refonte du SI de Société Générale Private Banking pour les régions de Londres, Suisse et Luxembourg. Mise en place de méthodologies de tests et d’outils d’automatisation (JIRA Agile, SQL, Shell). Ces expériences ont renforcé mon expertise en gestion de portefeuille de projets, pilotage IT, transformation digitale et sécurisation des SI dans des environnements bancaires complexes.
