𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: Responsible for the implementation of an integrated Socio-Technical System (BIC MANUFACTURING SYSTEM) & point of contact with Boulogne sur mer Branch ▶ Project 1: Implementation of the problem-solving tool QRQC at both Strategic and operational levels - Development of standardized documentations for the implementation of quality problem solving procedures - Establishment of a structured and dynamic management and coaching system - Ensure the training of staff until mastery of the process - Elaborated Lesson learned Cards - Coordinated between all company departments (logistics, production, quality, continuous improvement and maintenance) - Reduction of average time problem solving (Gain up to 53%) ▶ Project 2: Improvement and optimization of production capacity by KANBAN and SMED methods - Reduced machine downtime SMED + FMECA (Time saving 360min per week) - Brainstormed along with my team members solutions for the uncontrolled safety measures - Reduction of intra-station production stockpiling (Just in Time with Kanban) - Elaborated an autonomous level 1 maintenance range for all machines. ▶ Project 3: Optimization and organization the work area through: - Ensure the organization, cleanliness and safety of the workplace establishing and optimizing a 5S project (Average time saving: 37 min/shift per day): achieved more work with fewer resources - Warehouse stocks management using ABC method to reduce the stocks (Gain in space of 40%). - Workspace adjustment using the KUSIAK and chains method (48.8% gain in course time). ▶ Project 4: Implantation of visual management and improvement of work ergonomics - Implemented dashboards: Business Plan Deployment in both “tactical” and “operational” levels - Improved the visual management of the different projects (Safety, Delivery, Quality, Costs) - Improved working conditions at the injection stations and assembly stations (gain in efficiency by 21.6%).
