Achievements: • Finalization in time and in the allocated budget of an important investment in brewery ( around 75 mil euro and a important increase in production); • Creation of various tools ( cash flow; cost report) and implementation of this.

I was in charged with accounting department. I made all the accountancy file, registration, various declaration , balance sheet, annual report, etc. In the mean time, I work with company banks to obtain/prologue loan for company.

In the begining, I was economist in budget department and production plan. My daily tasks were to make the consolidated and specific budget, to follow the production, the budget execution and other kind of operation. In this time I work for the payment negotiation. After 1 year I was move to the financial department, beiung promote to handle it. In this case my daily tasks were: current accounts, foreign operation, cash-flow, and the state debts. Other tasks were preparing credit documentation for a loans, to obtain various certificate from Romanian authorities. In the same time, I was incharged with taxation in my company, assisting various authorities during their verification.
