Teaching Master 2 students an Introduction to Product Management, a project-based course that I wrote to introduce notions of product strategy, discovery, delivery, product operations and communication. In 2023 I created and taught a second course, addressing the social and political implications of the tech sector and particularly AI, and the role engineers can play in it to drive change with informed and responsible leadership.

Agroleague delivers a farm management mobile app and agroecology services including expert consulting, soil and sap analysis, crop tour organization and community services, for more than a thousand farms in Europe. I joined them during a CPO transition to scale up the discovery and delivery processes while the tech and product team grew from 6 to 15 members, while ensuring the continuous shipping of mobile app features. Intervened on Product Strategy, UX Research and Delivery while continuously growing our user engagement and NPS.

wave.ai (acquired by Alan) is a professional coaching service delivered by AI. I was wave's first product manager, automating the 12-week coaching process that would serve as the basis for the AI training. I participated in user research (interviews and data analysis), technical prototyping for the AI video services, specifications and delivery management while structuring our discovery and delivery processes. Intervened on AI Product Strategy, UX Research, Technical Prototyping, Delivery Management while continuously growing our C-level userbase NPS and weekly retention.

Ada Tech School is a feminist software development school in the center of Paris. Designed inclusive coding projects, teaching full-stack web development (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, SQL, Python, PHP/Laravel), and game development (Pico-8/Lua) and led learning sessions. Coached students through their curriculum and supported their transition into their first tech roles.

Urbasolar is France's first solar energy SME, with an estimated revenue of 300M€ in 2022. I helped Urbasolar's product team improve on their discovery and delivery processes, in order to scale their Operation and Maintenance software up to measuring and displaying a billion data points daily for engineers and technical dispatches. I managed Scrum rituals, led demonstrations for stakeholders, handled releases and annoucements and led UX research through on-site observations, interviews and company-wide user experience assessments.

Led player research on engagement and learnability, guiding development teams to deliver eight successful mobile games reaching 10M+ players.

Internal Startup Call is Société Générale's innovation program, financing internal start-ups for 6 to 18 months.
