• Rebuilt the Transaction Monitoring platform end-to-end, designing ETL pipelines that unify Salesforce, MySQL and operational sources into clean analytical layers used daily by Compliance and FinCrime teams. • Embedded data-quality and consistency controls directly into the pipelines, so issues surface at the source rather than downstream in dashboards or alerts. • Tuned heavy analytical workloads on DuckDB to handle large transaction volumes within tight memory budgets, switching to file- backed processing and spill-to-disk to keep production stable.

• Built microservices and pipelines feeding clean customer data into the layers used by Compliance and FinCrime, with a focus on traceability and reproducibility from source to report. • Connected internal systems to the authority plateform ERMES for regulatory reporting, automating validation steps.

• Built the analytical foundations used by Financial Security and Internal Control, combining transactional, customer and OCR- extracted data into models trusted enough to base real decisions on. • Defined and tracked the metrics behind AML/CTF and fraud workflows, helping teams cut down false positives and prioritise where investigation time was actually worth spending.

• Built pipelines and dashboards bringing together data from multiple business units to support operational monitoring at industrial scale. • Structured the underlying data models, defined KPIs, and set up incident-monitoring flows for management teams.
