School project in partnership with Renault Trucks. Development of innovative strategies around after-sales service and the mobility of electric trucks. Within a team of 5 students from emlyon business school, we have worked with Renault Trucks to suggest the company new strategies to develop the user service for electric trucks. To do this, we have adopted an Agile methodology by putting into practice a user-centered innovation approach. After having identified the needs and pain points of users of electric trucks through interviews and information research, we made co-creation and ideation workshops in order to establish 4 possible strategies for the development of a new user service around trucks. To continue our project, we have chosen the most innovative strategy and the one that most breaks with existing offers. We then moved on to the prototyping stage during which we did several iterations in order to improve our prototype according to the firsts users feedbacks. This experience allowed me to adopt an innovator posture for a project that was close to my heart. Indeed, the transition to electric mobility is getting closer and closer and I was delighted to work in a stimulating and dynamic environment where it was necessary to show curiosity and open-mindedness in order to identify innovative initiatives.

Lumi'iN is a French start-up specialized in the design of autonomous and connected solar lighting systems. As part of an industrial and academic project in collaboration with the École des Mines de Saint-Étienne, I developed a connected lamppost solution within a team of 4 students. The project involved the implementation of a data acquisition chain in order to transform the Lumi'iN streetlights into real environmental data sensors (air quality, temperature, etc.). Once these data were measured by the lamppost, they had to be sent via wireless communication to a web platform for ergonomic visualization. This experience allowed me to develop a multitude of sensors (fine particle, temperature, current and pressure sensors) on an STMicroelectronics card equipped with an STM32 microcontroller and to design the power supply for this on-board system. I was able to work as a team and overcome technological challenges in order to meet customer requirements.
