I worked as Quality Assurance Supervisor for the watch brand Tiffany & Co. The function was divided into three complementary parts, first the development part. In this part I participated in the development of the collections via FMEA sessions, the creation of inspection plans for the different components of the designed and assembled product. The components produced by our suppliers were checked on site and then validated for the production of the series ordered. The second part was managerial since it asked to supervise a team of technical controllers and to support the operators of the assembly according to the quality criteria. The management of my team was training in new components and inspection plans, organization of daily activities, preparation for site visits, holidays and evaluations. Finally the last part was oriented to the analysis of the performances of the teams but also of the suppliers via a module of statistical analysis of the suppliers of the Quickcontrol software. This part was completed by the management of the stock of precious materials and inventories.

Quality technician for the company Simon and Membrez company of the Swatch Group My mission at Simon and Membrez was both on quality control but also on industrialization. The stamped parts were checked for the series launch and for the series validation. The operators of the department were trained in the use of control means and training in reading plans was given to them. Each week, Qualities sessions were run using a table of performance indicators for quality, cost and deadlines. This quality control part was supplemented by an approach to optimize the production process. The inspection plans were optimized to improve the flow of control, the dimensions of the technical drawings improved to allow a better purchase of raw materials and facilitate machining in the next department while reducing the number of machine strikes. Operating sheets for the welding department were created to standardize the process and serve as training for employees. The improvement achieved appeared in the performance table and presented during the managers' meetings.
