• Design and structure enterprise architecture and information systems urbanization. • Develop master plans and define strategic roadmaps. • Analyze needs and leverage data through business analysis and data analysis. • Manage programs, portfolios, projects, and processes. • Design and deploy architecture, engineering, and administration of enterprise systems and networks. • Manage IT infrastructure and assets. • Handle and resolve IT incidents and problems.

• Be an actor in the IS and IT roadmap process in tandem with the PMO • Conduct project reviews at the branch and/or department level • Participate in all phases of collection, appraisal, valorization and arbitration of projects • Ensure the daily monitoring of the portfolio of projects, be the entry portal of the business, inquire about the progress of the projects with the Project Managers of the Directorate • Establish, in relation with the business, the balance sheet of completed projects • Provide methodological support to IT teams and business teams on project and portfolio management • Managing the theme of urbanization • Ensure responsibility for the definition and evolution of the principles, rules and standards of urbanization of the IS, general principles, security policy, technical reference framework, coherence and pooling of software solutions, anticipation of obsolescence • Ensure the responsibility for the promotion of the theme: design, update and communicate around the urbanization charter to the agents of the management and to the Professions, produce the indicators and dashboards relating to this activity • Ensure the responsibility of the animation of the approach with the business departments • Ensure accountability for the "Urbanization of the IS" program of the annual roadmap of the management • Implement urbanization tools and ensure their administration • Manage business on cross-cutting themes to several projects Working Relationships: Poles, Business Departments, Support Departments, Services, Functional Units, Agents, Departments, Regions, Municipalities, Territorial Administrations, Institutions

• Manage and optimize the budget, commitments and performance of the Studies and Development Department • Consolidate resources contributing to the industrialization of developments and tests: Competence Centers, Service Centers and Approvals • Manage management processes and roadmaps of business IS departments • Ensure the budgetary management of the Studies and Development Department, in relation with the Operational Management Department of the IT Department • Manage and plan, dynamically, the portfolio of IS and evolutionary maintenance projects, in collaboration with the Projects and Organization Department and the Operational Management Department of the IT Department • Define, manage and improve the processes carried out by the Studies and Development Department with the support of the Operational Management Department of the IT Department • Organize management bodies Working Relationships: Studies and Development Department, Projects and Organization Department, Operational Management Department, IS Department Managers, Business Department Managers, Project Managers
