In advanced support, I handle the entire scope: bugs, incidents, data inconsistencies, functional and application configuration (including workflows/jobs), as well as qualifying and tracking fixes. To diagnose issues, I rely on system observation: querying API endpoints (primarily GET requests) to analyze exchanged data, running SQL queries on MySQL to verify and cross-check information, and searching Elasticsearch to find events and reconstruct scenarios. On the technical side, I primarily focus on observability and data: analyzing logs and traces on Datadog, conducting database investigations via SQL (Metabase), and diagnosing integrations through REST API testing (endpoints, HTTP statuses, JSON responses). At AGPM, I worked in a Data Engineering environment focused on batch processing, where the goal was to generate and secure reports, particularly regulatory ones. My work involved developing, migrating, and optimizing ETL flows using Talend Data Integration, primarily connected to Microsoft SQL Server. The core of the stack was therefore Talend + SQL Server. Prior to industrialization, I developed Proof of Concepts (POCs) in Python to validate certain business rules or control approaches before implementing them in Talend. Around the processing stages, I automated tasks and manipulations using PowerShell, and I documented the workflows and error/rejection handling. I also analyzed unstructured logs to build batch monitoring indicators (volumes, processing time, errors) and contribute to SLA compliance.
