Department: Procurement Materials and Parts (PMPB) Portfolio: Mechanical Standard Parts Main activities: * Running Call for Tender processes * Market and supplier assessments * Operational management of allocated suppliers and contracts * Contract negociation * Management and follow-up of operational and transversal procurement projects * Planning and implementation of cost reduction campaigns and projects * Management of R&T projects Skills and experience acquired: - Project management skills - Financial key indicators knowledges - Communication and presentation skills - Negociation level of English - Experience in Airbus cost reduction initiatives - Depths know-how of the Aerostructure & Material market and supplier strategies As Airbus is a worldwide company, all topics in this job are managed in English. Most of the suppliers are English-speaking, then even the negotiation are full in English.

* Follow up and management of the A&P brands budget in full autonomy * Analysis of the sell-in and sell-out performances of the brands thanks to panels (NIELSEN), benchmarking * Contribution to next year brand strategy organization * Internal training: assets development, organization and follow-up * Organization of different brands events (briefing, follow-up and results), and their amplification (PR, digital, media) * Management of the communication of the brands on social networks (creation of the Editorial Planning, brief of the agencies and follow-up of the KPIs); creation of newletters * Daily operational management for Eristoff activity and for the portfolio of Whiskies and Cognacs (William Lawson’s, Dewar’s, The Deveron, Aberfeldy, Craigellachie, Aultmore, Royal Brackla, Baron Otard, D’Ussé).
