Responsible for the overall successful delivery of a project, through the complete project lifecycle. Deployment of inbound/outbound Scripts on test and run time environment. • Checking and Testing T1 lines/Voice channels through dialogic, also update time zones as per compliance. Implement strategy to maintain CPH, DPH and SPH. • Audio devices configuration and testing also Maintain voice Channels for smooth transition, configuration for silent monitoring.
