Deployed a containerized application to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), including full cluster setup, IIS service configuration integrated with a secure PKI infrastructure, and deployment of a PostgreSQL database to support the application backend. • Automated Azure resource deployments using Terraform, Azure DevOps and CI/ CD pipelines, resulting in improved governance, reduced human error, and faster, more reliable delivery. • Developed and version-controlled PowerShell scripts with Git for identity management, Active Directory administration, and user provisioning, including automation of account deletions and data transfers between Google Workspace and AD, enhancing account review efficiency and enabling automated email notifications • Created a Python script (also versioned with Git) to automate Google Workspace mailbox migrations (Gmail content, attachments, metadata), resulting in a 30% reduction in support tickets. • Integrated and managed Microsoft Entra ID Connect and Google Cloud Directory Sync (GCDS) to ensure seamless synchronization of identities across cloud and on-premises environments. • Conducted Active Directory and Entra ID remediation by identifying and correcting risky configurations such as excessive permissions, unsecured delegations, and non-expiring accounts using BloodHound and PingCastle; implemented remediation measures including removal of obsolete accounts, GPO hardening, and alignment with Zero Trust best practices.
