Working on an APQP Lessons Learned project, my role was to lead the revision and enhancement of APQP Process deliverables (PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan). The primary goal was to ensure our process documentation was perfectly aligned with shop-floor reality, systematically integrating operational feedback to prevent future non-conformities. Main activities are: - Manage "APQP LEGACY" project to ensure update compliance of APQP deliverables (PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan). - Standardize best practices by updating deliverables procedures and contribute to the continuous improvement of the overall APQP process.

Successfully managed quality assurance processes for Transfer of Work projects on the A320 and A400M programs, resulting in improved project delivery and compliance, main activities are: ▸Conducted thorough assessments of project milestones, ensuring alignment with quality & APQP deliverables. ▸Spearheaded the APQP deployment in full compliance with IAQG and EN 9145 standards, resulting in a more efficient evaluation process and timely project execution. ▸In the role of APQP Leader, facilitated key planning sessions with Airbus and coordinated with internal teams to monitor the progress and ensure the successful delivery of all requirements. ▸Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, the Receiving Plant, and Airbus representatives to ensure seamless communication and project alignment with Airbus standards.

Following the merger of Stelia Aerospace and several Airbus sites, the newly formed Airbus Atlantic was operating with two different legacy APQP methodologies across its factories. As part of the back-office quality engineering team, I was given a key role in the project to harmonize the APQP methodology, with the goal of defining and deploying a single, high-performance process that is fully compliant with the EN9145 aerospace standard and IAQG requirements

My main focus was to support the project by ensuring good quality practices were followed. This included guiding the preparation for formal Gate Reviews to make sure we were ready for each new phase. I worked closely with the customer and our internal teams, helping everyone to stay aligned and work together towards our common goal of a successful delivery, main activities are: ▸Serving as the primary quality interface between Alstom's internal teams and the customer. ▸Coordinating cross-functional quality activities (Engineering, Supplier, and Industrial Quality). ▸Developing and maintaining the Project Quality Plan, ensuring full compliance with contractual and internal standards. ▸Pre-evaluating project deliverables to ensure readiness for formal Gate Reviews and following up on all resulting action plans to ensure closure. ▸Processing and resolving external non-conformities raised by other Alstom sites ( Integration Sites) or by the final client.

I led the company through a complete overhaul of its Quality Management System (QMS) to align it with both corporate group standards and the ISO 9001:2015 requirements. This project included process analysis, documentation updates, staff training, and an internal audit program. By overseeing all action plans, I ensured the system was fully compliant and performant. The project resulted in the site achieving its full ISO 9001:2015 certification, with a clean final audit report that was free of any non-conformities and only valuable recommendations for future enhancement.

Managing the Study, Design, Planning, and Manufacturing of Various Racks (Mechanically Welded Structures) in Multi-Project Mode (Client: Automotive Equipment Manufacturers - Main Client: Renault Tanger Plant) - Client Communication: Validate specifications and test prototypes with clients. Technical Supervision: Integrate and supervise projects, mentor design technicians, and control technical drawings. - Relationship Management: Manage relationships with IMEGUISA Spain, suppliers, and clients. Procure raw materials and special parts. - Manufacturing Planning: Plan manufacturing based on resources, manage workshop activities, improve processes, and resolve issues. - Non-Conformity Treatment: Address internal and external non-conformities.
