Startups Event Manager • Lead the organization and execution of EuraTechnologies’ 15th Anniversary (May 2024), including: - Collaborating with artists to develop a scenario and video mapping on industrial and digital revolutions. - Organizing cross-community team-building “olimpic games” for 400 participants. - Coordinating a VIP event for major local political representatives. • Source, organize, and manage startup delegations representing Lille Metropolis and the Hauts-de-France Region at VivaTechnology and CES Las Vegas.

Lead teams and projects toward operational effectiveness while engaging them in the transformation process during the merger of a real estate startup and a retailer. FLAGSHIP PROJETS : • Took on the role of Change Manager for the COMEX: co-defined the new purpose and business model, facilitated workshops and seminars to help teams embody the new vision, and co-organized a successful company’s annual seminar for 450 employees online during Covid19. Led business teams post-merger by conducting impact studies and embedding the new strategy. • Operated as Change Manager for Transformation Manager: improved HR and Communication team processes, modeling workflows collaboratively during workshops with business teams. • Led the Change Management for the IT team: conducted the implementation of a new CRM system, including impact analysis, communication, and training design for 90 users. • Innovation Manager: designed an intrapreneurship program in partnership with national accelerators and incubators. Identify, develop, and execute R&D projects funded by EU grants, aligned with the company’s strategy and the innovation team’s objectives. • Developed partnerships and secured funding totaling €3M net for seven EU projects over five years. • Represented the company at national and international conferences and events. • Trained and managed cross-functional teams. • Co-defined the company’s innovation strategy and strategic objectives for the Innovation Department. FLAGSHIP PROJETS : I-stay@home – Interreg North West Europe Programme - Implementation, testing, and feedback analysis of ICT and Smart Home solutions with 20 elderly end-users in occupied dwellings to assess the impact of these technologies on tenant autonomy and community-building capacity. https://youtu.be/1gsBnGA1sf4 Trime - Interreg North West Europe Programme – Implementation, testing, and analysis of a platform and application that help control energy consumption, involving 41 families, 8 energy ambassadors, and 500 dwellings across 4 multi-story buildings. inBETWEEN – Horizon 2020 Programme – Implementation and testing of connected devices and systems with advanced energy analytics and optimization services to develop a comprehensive, customized recommendation and feedback solution for energy optimization in 32 dwellings. PVSITES – Horizon 2020 Programme- Conducted BIPV testing, energy storage evaluation, grid connection, and self-consumption analysis in a residential building comprising 120 dwellings. ENERGIESPRONG (E=0) - Interreg North West Europe Programme - Implemented a retrofit demonstrator project to transform 10 occupied homes to net-zero energy standards using high-quality, modular, industrial plug-and-play solutions. Design and management of architectural and urban regeneration projects, from feasibility study to construction site, in collaboration with public and private stakeholders.
