•Offloading and trans-loading of products under the supervision of the inventory manager •Ensuring that incoming products are received and stored according to First In First Out (FIFO) principle •Maintaining online inventory management software (SAP) and ensuring timely identification of minimum threshold to initiate actions for stock replenishment •Post details of receipt and dispatch transactions and ensure integrity of the inventory managing system •Performing end-of-day inventory reconciliation to ensure discrepancies are identified and resolved in time •Maintaining up to date records of materials inventory at the warehouse •Conducting monthly inventory accuracy check •Working closely with the sales team to properly allocate products to customers on a first come first served bases

*Using the current stock level of items to prepare the Local Purchase Order (LPO) for procurement by the purchaser *Issuing items to the various departments and keeping proper records *Maintaining of purchase record *Inspecting all supplies brought to ensure they are of the quality required *Negotiating contracts in terms of price, quality and quantity between the suppliers *Verifying and passing of suppliers bills to see that payments are made promptly *Evaluating of prices of materials in order to maximize profit for the company

•Ensuring meetings are effectively organized •Maintaining effective records and administration •Receiving mails and visitors •Sorting of files and documents •Printing, Scanning and Typing •Carried out Legal Research on properties at Abuja Geographical Information System (AGIS) •Carried out Legal Searches, creation of Business Names, filing of Annual Returns and other Pre and Post Incorporation activities with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
