• Design of Internal Rating Models for micro-enterprises (TPE) under the advanced Basel II approaches: statistical modeling, statistical validation of PD and LGD parameters, followed by model backtesting using SAS. • Development of Granting and Behavioral Scores within the implementation of a scoring system for TPE clients. • Definition of the Approach, leading and coordinating the development of quantitative risk measurement tools (e.g., regulatory models, stress testing). • Use of Quantitative Methods as well as advanced statistical and financial techniques to develop models for credit risk parameters: PD, LGD, and EAD. • Production of Specific Reports for the measurement and management of credit risk. • Defense of Developed Models before the Validation sector and regulatory authorities. • Active Participation with IT partners and business lines to ensure understanding and implementation of the developed models. • Acting as a Leader and Quantitative Expert for colleagues, internal and external partners, and various internal and external committees by quickly identifying issues and challenges and advocating for the sector’s strategic directions. • Delivering Presentations to management, clients, and business partners to influence and persuade them in advancing the sector's vision and strategic direction. • Contributing to the Advancement of the group in the evolution of modeling techniques and model development according to industry advancements.

• Development of nine indicators along with their dashboards to measure the performance of the information system of the D.G.S. • Application of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). This method enables the evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of the studied system through a comparison with another similar system, using the BANXIA FRONTIER ANALYST software. • The final part involves assessing the various available options for managing the information system and reducing the cost of information production (with cost here understood as time). For this purpose, the P.E.R.T.E. method and the Gantt chart were used, both of which are part of task scheduling and project management.
