Key Achievements: -Reduced reporting time by 85% (from 2+ hours to under 15 minutes) through Excel macros automation. -Designed & deployed Palantir-based FMEA dashboard, enabling real-time visibility & decision-making. -Optimized DFMEA structures by streamlining functions & failures by 50% or more, improving clarity and efficiency. -Built a consolidated function/failure matrix to support more accurate and reliable FMEA studies in TDC. -Strengthened risk prevention processes by improving detection and mitigation of potential failures across product lines.

Contributed to the development and quality assurance of automotive wiring harnesses for VW projects, with a focus on change management, design validation, and compliance. Key Achievements: -Implemented design changes in 2D/3D models with 100% conformity to VW standards. -Performed zero-error checks on drawings, ensuring compliance with customer requirements. -Synchronized electrical and mechanical data using VOBES/Diäd processes for seamless integration. -Maintained and updated technical documentation, including Product Description Manuals and wiring harness topologies. -Consistently met delivery deadlines, supporting smooth project execution and reliability. Projects: -VW TALAGON, VW TAVASCAN (SE316/VW316), VW TARACCO (SE326/VW416) : Doors, Bumpers, Roof and Tailgate harnesses during different phases (P-release, B-release and series).

The aim of this End of Studies Project is to guide the choices among several production system designs and to improve the performance of the production line in the Fuel 640 department, the objectives of this work are : -Make an assessment of the existing situation by analyzing the existing system -Study different approaches and methods of production system reconfiguration. -Study the Layout changes in the Fuel 640 department using different approaches (Pareto - KING method - OEE) -Establish an improvement plan within a TPM context by acting on the 5S and the SMED in a production cell. -Develop a process to validate the feasibility and performance of industrial solutions at various project milestones. -Execute/apply the improvement plan and achieve a satisfactory OEE value (> 50%).

Accomplished tasks: -Created a VBA tool that reads and writes data (parts attributes) from and to Solidworks. -Developed a standard components database using NX Siemens, SolidWorks, Microsoft Excel and VBA. -Created a catalogue for CAD components, their providers, reference codes and prices. -Re-designed a rotary plate to adjust it to the company’s needs.

Accomplished tasks: -Repair and adjust mechanical, electrical or electronic parts. -Perform tests that ensure the proper operation of the vehicle. -Replace the damaged parts.
