Python, Transformers (ROBERTa), NLTK, PostgreSQL, Streamlit, SQLAlchemy – Processed 50,000+ tweets and built a sentiment dashboard with drill-down capability by topic and time. Presented clear visual summaries to non-technical stakeholders.

– Designed and maintained interactive Power BI and Excel dashboards for real-time monitoring of 12+ operational KPIs, keeping service level (SL) above 80% for 150+ agents. – Monitoring real-time call queues and moving agents between skills/channels to balance workload. – Optimised resource allocation by monitoring adherence and absenteeism rates, consistently achieving production hours within 95%-105% of target per timeslot as agreed with FedEx. – Automated KPI reporting by scheduling Five9 data exports and creating an Excel Power Query dashboard, cutting manual compilation from 4 hours to under 1 hour per week and enabling faster operational decisions.

– Handled inbound retention calls, analysed cancellation reasons, and persuaded customers to maintain subscriptions, while providing technical support for the mobile application.
